Our bartender, Joe, was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about whiskey and bourbon. Loved the Manhattan he made. Wonderful ambience and impeccable service!

The bartenders John and Bruno are amazing!!! Always checking in to see if we needed anything and also their drinks were so so good! Amazing customer service! Will recommend to everyone when either one of them are working.

I hosted my book signing event on 7/26/25 in the lounge and I was thoroughly pleased by the way Melissa (Supervisor) took care of me and my guests. Risheda had been taking great care of me during the planning stage. I am thankful for Mark's flexibility when setting up the space to my liking. I would definitely have another event there. Thank you for making my experience seamless.

I’ve been to a lot of bars, and it’s rare to come across a bartender who truly stands out the way John does. From the moment you sit down, he make you feel welcome, remembered, and appreciated. His attention to detail, professionalism, and personality create an experience that goes far beyond just great drinks.

Highly recommended for an overall well round spot. Rooms clean and well appointed. Rooftop deck very nice. They have games if you want them as well as a grill there that I imagine they use during events. The lounge was fantastic, the bar was nice and the bartender was attentive. Food great. Highly accessible, train station across the street. Lots of good food choices around as well as anything else you would need. Only minus for me is after you've paid your nightly rate you still have to $14 for parking. Really?! Otherwise highly recommend.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it is wonderfully located across from train station. Bed (and pillows) are AMAZING!! Had breakfast every day atvthe restaurant and Ray was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Took the time to wish my husband a happy father’s day!!!

Ray is AMAZING! What an exceptional breakfast service we had this morning at the Watt Lounge! We were seated quickly with pleasant and attentive demeanor. Ray was excellent! We received are food quickly and he did not ask us to rush through anything. What a great experience.

Place is so clean and trendy. John is a great bartender, and great chef on Tuesdays. Cedric is another great chef everyday and Bruno is also a great bartender. All very personable and make the atmosphere here very fun. I’ve been multiple times for dine in, take out and the bar and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at the Watt Lounge this morning! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. We were seated right away, and the entire staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. Ray was truly exceptional. He provided excellent service, brought our food out promptly, and made sure we had everything we needed while allowing us to enjoy our breakfast at a relaxed pace. His positive attitude and attention to detail made the experience even better.
